No deep sleep was detected by therapy device.
AHI corrected. Optimization of mask fit via phone advice.
Analysis of therapy calendar confirms a high incidence of central events with no positive trend
Device changed to prismaCR in AcSV mode
Intervention check via telemonitoring after 7 days
New patient was checked after initial 7 days
During titration night, patient was identified as TECSA patient, showing central events, mainly hypopneas
Decision: CPAP trial with check of success via telemonitoring
